Frequently Asked Questions
- How long does it take for the machine to freeze?
Our frozen cocktail machines typically reach the perfect consistency in 2–4 hours, depending on outdoor temperature and the selected beverage. For the best results, we recommend allowing at least 3 hours before serving begins.
- Do I need an extension cord?
If the machine will be placed more than a few feet from a power outlet, we recommend a heavy duty outdoor extension cord. Don't have one? No worries! We can provide an extension cord if needed.
- Do your frozen cocktails contain alcohol?
We offer a non-alcoholic base which alcohol can be added to, or we can provide delicious mocktail flavors for guests of all ages!
- When will my machine be delivered?
We typically deliver and set up your machine before your event begins so everything is frozen, ready, and waiting for your guests. Delivery times will be coordinated with you in advance.
- Do I need to clean the machine?
No! We take care of all cleaning and sanitizing after pickup. We simply ask that you turn the machine off and empty any remaining product at the end of your event to help prevent mold, odors, and insects.
- What areas do you serve?
Main Squeeze proudly serves Houston and the surrounding areas, including The Woodlands, Spring, Cypress, Katy, Memorial, River Oaks, The Heights, Champions, Sugar Land, Pearland, Conroe, and other nearby communities.
